For over three decades, we’ve set the gold standard for quality and value in the Coachella Valley. Established by Kaiser and Lee Morcus in 1992, Kaiser Grille rapidly evolved into a beloved destination, drawing both locals and travelers. Our restaurant resides within a historical gem, initially constructed in 1956 as Haggarty’s, a premium women’s boutique. This space exquisitely preserves its historic elements, from the original steel and glass structure to the exposed tongue-and-groove ceilings, paying homage to its rich past.

We use custom meat rubs for each cut, crafted from the freshest herbs, spices, garlic, shallots, premium salts, and peppers. Slow broiling enhances the development of full-bodied juices, flavors, and tenderness in every bite.

Our selection of premium woods and lump charcoals, such as oak, hickory, mesquite, almond, apple, cherry, and pear, adds a rich layer of flavor to every culinary creation.

Authentic Flavors

You are what you eat!

We only use Rustichella d’Abruzzo, a century-old artisanal pasta maker using exclusively 100% San Carlo durum wheat from the Vestina region of the Tavo Valley in Abruzzo, Italy.

Our chocolate is from Callebaut, a premium Belgian Chocolatier founded in 1911. Committed to the finest chocolate from traceable cacao beans, sustainably farmed in West Africa with Fair Trade relationship practices.

Most of the fruit and vegetables we serve are from Coachella Valley local farmers. Our region has a rich agricultural history, and we source the freshest produce locally at seasonal peaks of freshness, flavor, and nutrition.

We curate our charcuterie boards with San Daniele Black Label Riserva prosciutto (cured 24 months), Genoa hard salami, soppressata, capicola, spicy calabrese. Shaft’s bleu cheese (aged in Sierra Nevada gold mines), fresh ciliegine mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, aged manchego.

Our decades-old pizza dough recipe utilizes Italian Dopio Zero (00) and live natural yeast.

All sauces and stocks are scratch-made in-house using authentic ingredients true to the origins of the dishes we serve.

Renowned New Zealand and Colorado Lamb, celebrated for its quality, raised sustainably and humanely in pristine environments. Our lamb is all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free, with organic farming practices.

Originating from Japan, Kurobuta, or ‘black hog,’ is prized for its rich flavor, juicy texture, and exceptional tenderness.

Mary’s organic free-range poultry: pasture-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, with natural diets. Air-cooled for purity. Renowned for its unmatched freshness and quality.

We source the freshest produce, with a focus on local options. Our Coachella Valley boasts a diverse agricultural landscape, including dates, citrus, grapes, and more—a part of our rich heritage.

We prioritize local and organic produce, aiming for peak seasonal freshness, flavor, and nutrition. We also seek unique finds to enhance our offerings.

Our seafood is freshly prepared in-house from whole fish or fillets, sourced sustainably according to Monterey Aquarium Seafood Watch standards. Enjoy Maine Lobster, Mexican Gulf Shrimp, and Alaskan King Crab legs.
